  📍 Location: Fort Worth, TX
  💵 Pay: $18–$22/hr (DOE)
  🕒 Shifts (Monday–Friday):

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

  About the Role:
  We are seeking a reliable and skilled Press Brake Operator to join our growing team in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating press brake machines and be capable of producing high-quality parts efficiently and safely. This position requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications

  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions

  • Adjust machine settings, including stroke, speed, and vices, to achieve accurate bends

  • Perform quality checks on finished parts, ensuring they meet production and customer requirements

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and company protocols

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines

  • Report any machine malfunctions, material issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately

  Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year experience operating press brake machines

  • Strong knowledge of plate bending operations and techniques

  • Ability to set up machines, indicate vices, and adjust equipment for precision bending

  • Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and using measuring tools

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required

  • Must be physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and standing for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality
