🔧 Assembly Supervisor – Production Operations

Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader with a passion for safety, quality, and operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to lead production operations in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a results-driven supervisor who excels at team leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing assembly team focused on safety, quality, and productivity

• Implement and enforce safety and environmental programs while ensuring regulatory compliance

• Partner closely with Quality, Supply, Logistics, and HR teams to meet production goals and resolve issues

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce defects, and control costs

• Monitor production performance, labor, and budgets to ensure operational and financial targets are met

• Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate data entry within SAP (materials and work order consumption)

• Prepare and review production, quality, and inventory reports for management

• Ensure team adherence to company policies, work standards, and accountability expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with 1–3 years in a supervisory or management role

• Oilfield experience preferred

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Ability to meet and maintain ATF Responsible Person certification

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in an industrial environment; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
