🕓 Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Some Saturdays: 5:30 AM – Noon

✔ Consistent hours
✔ Opportunity for overtime
✔ 3-day weekends most weeks

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on production role working with rubber materials in a fast-paced environment.

• Set up and prepare parts for lamination
• Weigh, measure, and cut materials
• Trim, grind, and buff rubber components
• Use grinders, knives, scissors, and hand tools daily
• Assemble, mold, repair, and disassemble parts
• Record measurements and complete production documentation (MIP)
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace

You’ll work with tools like:
Buffers, trimmers, clicker machines, hand tools, electric drills, clamps, calipers, cranes, and more.

🌡 Work Environment

• Hot, dirty manufacturing setting
• Frequent use of grinders and cutting tools
• Prolonged standing
• Bending, reaching, pushing & pulling
• Lift up to 20 lbs regularly (30+ lbs with assistance)

If you’re comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled production environment, this could be a great fit.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Entry-level – manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to maintain production and quality standards
