Take your quality expertise to the next level in a hands-on industrial environment! We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to perform inspections and support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives in a fast-paced powder coating facility.

🏭 What You’ll Do

• Inspect standard parts, equipment, and materials for compliance with quality standards
• Verify surface preparation and coating applications (thickness, adhesion, finish) using visual checks, MEK Solvent Rub Tests, and Cross-Hatch adhesion tests
• Produce accurate quality inspection reports and document results
• Perform periodic audits to ensure standards are maintained
• Assist with EHS functions and compliance initiatives as directed
• Work in a hybrid office and plant environment

✅ Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site full-time
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred but not required
