Take your quality expertise to the next level in a hands-on industrial environment! We’re seeking a detail-oriented bilingual office professional to support quality control, documentation, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives in a fast-paced powder coating facility.

📝 Important Note:
This role is 60–70% documentation and reporting, requiring strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and apply technical concepts. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong aptitude and professionalism.

🏭 What You’ll Do

• Inspect standard parts, equipment, and materials for compliance with quality standards
• Verify surface preparation and coating applications (thickness, adhesion, finish) using visual checks, MEK Solvent Rub Tests, and Cross-Hatch adhesion tests
• Produce accurate quality inspection reports and maintain detailed documentation
• Perform periodic audits to ensure standards are maintained
• Assist with EHS functions and compliance initiatives as directed
• Work in a hybrid office and plant environment with a strong focus on reporting and data tracking

✅ Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – REQUIRED
• 2+ years of quality control, administrative, or reporting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or office settings preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and maintain detailed documentation with accuracy
• Willingness and ability to be trained in Quality Control (QC) and EHS functions
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and handle technical information
• Ability to work on-site full-time
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred but not required
