🚨 IMMEDIATE OPENING – EXPERIENCED CNC PRESS BRAKE / SHEAR OPERATOR 🚨

Pay Rate: $17–$26/hr (DOE)

1st Shift-Monday-Friday 6:00AM to 2:30PM may have some OT

Background Friendly-Case by Case but must have the proven skills and steady job history

We are in URGENT NEED of a PROVEN, EXPERIENCED CNC PRESS BRAKE / SHEAR OPERATOR who can step in and perform IMMEDIATELY.

If your background is press brake operation—including air bending and bend calculations—we want to see your resume NOW.
If your experience is limited to other CNC machines, this role is not a fit.

🔥 WHO WE NEED

• 2+ years hands-on CNC Press Brake & CNC Shear experience

• MUST HAVE AIR BENDING EXPERIENCE

• MUST be able to perform bend calculations

• Demonstrated experience running press brakes (not entry-level)

• Seeking a long-term, stable position – job tenure matters

🛠 REQUIRED SKILLS (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, calipers & micrometers

• Identify and work with steel gauges, plate thicknesses & material grades

• Experience with HURCO back gauge and/or PC controllers

• Proficient in tool setup (up to 12 ft)

• Perform quality checks and adjust programs to meet specs

• Operate overhead crane and rig materials safely

• Experience with AR450 / AR500 materials (PLUS)

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently

• Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, safe work area

• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
