NOW HIRING: Parts Kitter / Forklift Operator

Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Kitter / Forklift Operator to support production by collecting, preparing, and staging parts and materials in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, kit, and stage parts and materials for production

• Pick components per work orders (hand-assembled, welded, or machine-assembled)

• Match part numbers to work orders using computer systems

• Perform cycle counts and report shortages or damaged materials

• Accurately label bins, bags, and pallets

• Operate a forklift as needed

Requirements

• Ability to read and accurately match part numbers

• Basic computer skills

• Inventory and material handling experience

• 1+ year of forklift experience preferred

• Must pass in-house forklift certification

• Cycle counting experience preferred

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

• Prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and stooping

• Work in a fabrication/shop environment and occasional outdoor conditions

• Exposure to noise, dust, odors, and chemicals
