⏰ Current Schedule: Working extended hours, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Are you an experienced manufacturing professional looking for a stable opportunity? We're seeking a Machine Operator II – Mixer Operator to join a fast-paced production team. This is a hands-on position in a hot, dusty, and physically demanding manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities:

✔ Operate rubber mixing and processing equipment safely and efficiently
✔ Prepare production lines and verify equipment is ready for operation
✔ Accurately weigh and identify raw materials and chemical labels
✔ Maintain inventory accuracy and restock production materials
✔ Coordinate with production team to meet daily schedules
✔ Inspect product quality and correct defective batches as directed
✔ Complete production paperwork and weighment reports accurately
✔ Load and unload materials from skids
✔ Assist with packaging, housekeeping, and basic maintenance duties
✔ Follow all safety procedures and cross-train in other production areas

Qualifications:

✅ At least 1 year of manufacturing and machine operating experience
✅ Experience operating rubber mixing or processing machinery preferred
✅ Forklift, hoist, or overhead crane experience required
✅ Ability to obtain forklift certification
✅ Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow work instructions
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements:

✔ Lift 50 lbs regularly and 75+ lbs with assistance
✔ Stand for extended periods
✔ Bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, and climb stairs frequently
✔ Comfortable working in hot summer and cold winter conditions
