We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Bilingual Industrial Machine Operator to join a fast-paced yard operation. This position requires hands-on experience with heavy equipment, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, front loaders, and yard machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas
• Transport, stage, and organize materials throughout the yard
• Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections on equipment
• Identify and report any mechanical or safety issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Follow all company safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and site procedures
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

✅ Requirements:

• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Minimum 2–3 years of recent heavy equipment experience
• Experience working in a yard, construction, or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of safe material handling and equipment operation
• Ability to lift, move, and work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust)
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and mandatory overtime
