E&S Brokerage outside Chicago seeking to expand its reach in the marketplace. Just hired one new broker and looking for a couple others. Young aggressive staff and manager looking to grow the firm.
High energy, strong technical, and willingness to bring in new business with the agents. Desire someone within reach of the office and knows the local area,W rather than someone who has to drive or come from a distance. Will also consider someone with a following in the Chicago/Midwest area to work remotely.
