Position Description

Key responsibilities will include:
*Deliver successful healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls.
*Manage projects and lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities
*Communicate effectively with owners, architects and engineers
*Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care
*Support of the preconstruction team
*Support business development efforts including RFP responses and client interviews in the healthcare sector
*Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews
*Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety requirements (ILSM)
Position Requirements
You should possess the following qualifications for this role:

*Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
*Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience required
Proven experience with:
*Hospital renovations and expansions
*Work in occupied/active healthcare environments
*Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems
*Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments
*Ability to support and grow healthcare client relationships and business development efforts
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Good client management skills and ability to lead teams through the preconstruction and construction process, especially with healthcare systems and facility teams
*Bluebeam experience/capability desired
*Procore experience/capability desired
