As a Marketing Director, you'll be the strategic visionary for the restaurant, creating and executing campaigns that keep customers coming back for more. You'll also leverage your marketing expertise to enhance the in-restaurant shopping experience and provide franchisees with the digital media and online tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
Refine and communicate the vision and strategy for direct-to-customer merchandising opportunities.
Lead cross-functional team and agency partners in new product developments, including promotional and distribution strategies to optimize omnichannel engagement and build out full marketing kits for use by local restaurants.
Measure market impact for new products, customer feedback, and impact on revenue and margin targets as part of the business strategy.
Finalize current business plan (target customers, product and channel strategy, KPIs, proforma).
Establish Vendor Suite – determine needed partners, roles and navigate relationships to serve new business well.
Work in conjunction with Digital Marketing Manager to build out social media and digital application platforms.
Manage Operator relationship surrounding in-store product and promotion display.
Execute the broader marketing strategy at the local level, working with key stakeholders to drive brand engagement
Provide direction to Brand Merchandise Design for product lines needed, target customers, timing, deadlines, and collaborate with designers to recommend product line designs.
Provide direction to Promotional Design for print displays and collaborate with designers to determine promotional approach and adjustments.
Coordinate the design and logistics of all traditional print materials and POP needed for events and outreaches.
Requirements:
5+ years of Merchandising, eCommerce or Marketing experience
1+ years of QSR experience- specifically leading merchandising-based projects
3+ Years of leadership people and project leadership (direct reporting or project-based work) experience required
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of print and digital materials used in merchandising
Ability to think, innovate and communicate at both a strategic level and tactical level
Ability to collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally to inspire action, develop relationships and drive results
