We're looking for an inspiring leader of people in this CHRO position to join our client’s executive leadership team and help them shape their continued story of success! Reporting directly to the CEO, this visionary leader will craft strategies that nurture talent and build a vibrant culture in their corporate office and distributed network of employees across the country along with a talented HR team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and implementing innovative HR strategies that align with the company's overall business and objectives to support its vision for growth
  • Leading the charge in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the corporate and field environments
  • Fostering a culture of engagement that empowers teams, located in multiple locations across several states, to grow and have a sense of ownership
  • Overseeing cutting-edge employee programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and support our values
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Partnering with senior leadership to drive the company's overall business strategy and plans
  • Leading the company's workforce planning, ensuring that the company has the right people in the right roles at the right time to meet business objectives
  • Providing visionary leadership and direction to the HR team, helping them reach their full potential and drive positive change

Education, Work-Experience, and Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a combination of experience and education
  • 15+ years HR management experience and at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience (highly preferred)
  • Previous experience in multi-location operations
  • Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
