About the Role

This is the first channel hire in North America. You will build our partner ecosystem from the ground up: recruiting the right partners, standing up an enablement program, and turning relationships into pipeline and revenue.

What You Bring to the Table

You already have a foot in the door with the security channel. An active, working relationship with big security channels (GuidePoint recommended) is required for this role – our client expect you to bring that relationship in with you. From there, you will build out a broader partner network across VARs, MSSPs, resellers, and cryptography/PQC-focused consulting firms.

This role reports to the Head of Sales, North America, and works closely with our Sales Engineer and the product team in Israel.

What You'll Do

Partner Strategy and Recruitment

·         Build and own the channel and partner strategy for North America - there is no existing playbook, you are writing it

·         Activate and grow the relationship with GuidePoint Security and others as the channel manager

·         Identify, recruit, and onboard additional partners - VARs, MSSPs, resellers, and PQC/cryptography consulting firms - aligned with company’s ICP: financial services, federal, critical infrastructure, and large enterprise

Partner Enablement

·         Design and run company’s partner enablement program: training, certification paths, sales and technical playbooks

·         Work with Sales Engineer to build demo, POC, and technical enablement content partners can use with their own customers

·         Help partners understand the comp[any’s differentiation, and position it accurately in their own sales conversations

Partner Management and Growth

·         Own the relationship end to end with flagship partners: QBRs, pipeline reviews, escalations

·         Drive partner-sourced pipeline, deal registration, and co-sell execution alongside the company’s direct sales team

·         Build relationships at both the executive and field level inside partner organizations

·         Track and report on partner performance and pipeline contribution against targets

Go-to-Market and Feedback

·         Partner with marketing on joint GTM campaigns, co-branded content, and field events

·         Shape partner terms, incentives, and deal registration process as the program matures

·         Serve as the voice of the channel back into the company - surfacing partner and market feedback to sales and product leadership

What We're Looking For

Must Have

·         5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or alliances in cybersecurity

·         An existing, active relationship with large security channel - required

·         Comfortable being the first channel hire: building a program from scratch, with no existing infrastructure to lean on

·         Working knowledge of how VARs, MSSPs, and resellers operate, sell, and get paid in enterprise security

·         Strong communication and relationship-building skills - credible with partner sales reps, partner leadership, and CISOs alike

·         Experience running QBRs, forecasting partner pipeline, and managing partner performance

·         Based in the US; able to travel for partner and customer meetings

Strong Preference

·         Existing relationships with other national or regional security-focused partners - GuidePoint, Optiv, SHI, Presidio, WWT, or similar

·         Experience launching a channel program at an early-stage or Series A/B cybersecurity startup

·         Exposure to cryptography, PKI, or post-quantum readiness - or the comfort to learn enough to speak credibly with technical partners

Nice to Have

·         Background in a cryptography/PQC consulting or advisory practice

·         Federal or public-sector partner experience
