NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing Consultant (Contract)

Location: Houston, TX, On‑Site

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing Consultant to support and optimize manufacturing operations for a large enterprise environment. This role will focus on NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing configuration, process improvement, and production execution, working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings deep functional knowledge of NetSuite Manufacturing, strong business acumen, and a track record of delivering results in complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, optimization, and support of NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing
• Design and implement solutions for:
• Work Orders & Assemblies
• Routing & Work Centers
• Manufacturing Execution (MES) processes
• Capacity Planning & Finite Scheduling
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate manufacturing requirements into NetSuite solutions
• Support production planning, BOMs, demand planning, and WIP tracking
• Identify process gaps and recommend system enhancements or process improvements
• Assist with data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshooting
• Create functional documentation and support end‑user training
• Collaborate with NetSuite developers, integration partners, and third‑party vendors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite experience, with a strong focus on Advanced Manufacturing
• Proven experience implementing or supporting:
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations
• Background in oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, or high‑volume production environments
• Prior consulting or contract experience

Must have already implemented or supported NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing in production, not just general ERP experience.
