Occupational Therapist 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This mid-level position requires a professional who is committed to enhancing patient independence and daily living skills through personalized therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve patient functionality in daily activities.
• Accurately document patient progress and therapy sessions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as required by the program director.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Possession of a current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in documentation.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation documentation systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $93,600.00 to $114,400.00 with a signing bonus. Benefits include:
