Maintenance Planner and Scheduler

Maintenance Scheduler – Newton, Iowa

Our client, a large manufacturer in Newton, Iowa, is looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to help keep its maintenance operation organized, supplied and moving.

This is a hands-on manufacturing support role combining maintenance planning/scheduling, preventive maintenance, parts and inventory management, purchasing/procurement, vendor coordination and work-order management.

They are looking for someone with:

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment

• 2+ years of maintenance planning, scheduling, coordination or TPM experience

• 2+ years of purchasing/procurement experience

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• The ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with maintenance, production and outside suppliers

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Four 10-hour days and a three-day weekend every week.
