  • LOCATION: Greater Madison, WI area (must reside within a dependable 45-minute daily commuting radius of the Madison facility).
  • COMPLIANCE: United States Citizens or Green Card holders only; must possess a valid Driver's License for high-impact local travel.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Market Development: Identifying, pursuing, and developing long-term commercial relationships with elite General Contractors, developers, and facility owners to secure new construction and high-margin service contracts.
  • Precision Estimating: Accurately estimating mechanical project costs, engineering material requirements, and calculating structural manpower hours for a diverse mix of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Design/Build Leadership: Leading the project lifecycle by seamlessly translating unique client technical specifications into innovative, high-margin solutions for internal design teams and project managers.
  • Bid Assembly: Initiating high-level corporate sales contacts and soliciting competitive vendor/material bids to assemble precise, winning project quotes.
  • Pre-Con Alignment: Attending pre-construction alignment meetings and job closeouts to ensure a flawless operational handoff from the sales phase to field execution teams.
  • Field Project Consultation: Monitoring active project milestones and providing field-level recommendations to ensure total customer satisfaction, code compliance, and contract profitability.
  • Account Retention: Managing a strategic portfolio of established commercial maintenance accounts to protect, upsell, and expand recurring service revenue lines.
