Location: Manchester, NH — This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. It's a great setup for professionals who value both in-person collaboration and flexibility.
Note: This role requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on eDiscovery experience, including prior supervisory or team leadership experience. Candidates without direct eDiscovery experience or management background will not be considered.

What You'll Be Doing
- Champion the firm's litigation support function — leading strategy, process development, and the day-to-day execution of eDiscovery operations from end to end
- Partner closely with the litigation practice group, outside counsel, and third-party vendors to deliver efficient, accurate document review and production on complex, high-stakes matters
- Design, administer, implement, and maintain the firm's litigation software environment, ensuring systems are current, reliable, and performing at their best
- Manage large-scale, document-intensive litigation projects — coordinating timelines, supervising document review teams, and keeping everything on track
- Serve as the firm's subject matter expert on state and federal eDiscovery rules, providing guidance in court proceedings when needed
- Confirm accuracy of documents and exhibits in preparation for trial — your attention to detail directly supports case outcomes
- Deliver training to attorneys, paralegals, and staff on eDiscovery software and project management best practices
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes — and bring that knowledge back to the team
- Oversee special projects, manage the litigation technology budget, and ensure all milestones and goals are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of eDiscovery experience with strong working knowledge of state and federal court rules related to electronic discovery
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required
- Proficiency with Reveal, Relativity, or comparable document review/litigation software platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills — comfortable presenting to and interfacing with clients, attorneys, and outside counsel
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions quickly in a fast-paced litigation environment
- High ethical standards and strong professional judgment
- eDiscovery certifications (e.g., ACEDS) preferred but not required
