Assistant Property Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and service requests.
  • Coordinate vendor contracts and track insurance documentation.
  • Process invoices and manage billing-related tasks.
  • Schedule signage updates and oversee property-related communications.
  • Prepare reports, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Assistant Property Manager Key Qualifications:

  • Strong client service and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Previous Property Management or Administrative experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
