Our client, a highly respected national law firm, is seeking an experienced Dedicated Producer Attorney to join its growing Commercial Litigation & Insurance Defense Practice. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned litigator with substantial experience handling complex commercial disputes, insurance defense matters, and high-exposure litigation. The successful candidate will bring strong courtroom capabilities, strategic case management skills, and a proven ability to advise clients and insurance carriers through all phases of litigation.


Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Arizona, California, New Jersey, or New York, in good standing
  • 5+ years of substantive experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense
  • Extensive experience handling general liability, insurance defense, personal injury, and Labor Law matters
  • Demonstrated ability to manage litigation matters from initial investigation through trial, settlement, or appeal
  • Strong experience evaluating claims, developing case strategy, and advising clients and insurance carriers on risk and resolution options
  • Significant deposition experience, including defending and taking witness, party, and expert depositions
  • Proven ability to draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other complex litigation documents
  • Comfortable managing complex matters independently while collaborating effectively with clients, carriers, and legal teams
  • Trial experience preferred
  • Prior experience with an Am Law 100/200 firm, Law360-ranked firm, respected regional firm, or sophisticated litigation boutique strongly preferred
  • Portable business of $350,000 or greater preferred, but not required
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills with exceptional attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial litigation and insurance defense matters through all stages of the litigation lifecycle
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies designed to achieve efficient and favorable client outcomes
  • Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages exposure, and provide strategic recommendations to clients and insurers
  • Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, oversee discovery, and manage all aspects of case development
  • Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate expert engagements
  • Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials
  • Collaborate closely with insurance carriers, clients, experts, and co-counsel to ensure effective case management
  • Maintain high standards of client service while managing multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously
