Position Overview:

Responsible for directing market finance department activities, functions, and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the organization.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance – Required
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business – Preferred

Required Skills:

• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

Preferred Certification:

• CPA License – Preferred

Minimum Work Experience:

• Five years of for-profit hospital experience
• At least three years in a supervisory role
