EXPERIENCE DEPTH: 5+ years of dedicated experience in automation controls, systems engineering, or a high-level industrial electro-mechanical maintenance role.
This is an opportunity to join a premier, recession-proof green-tech manufacturer with a historic 40-year track record of zero layoffs. Producing environmentally friendly systems that drastically reduce pollution and fossil fuel costs, market demand for their technology continues to shatter records. Open solely due to explosive company growth, this modern facility operates without corporate politics, fostering a stable, family-focused environment where your expertise is treated as a premium asset.

The company directly supports its technical staff with unmatched scheduling flexibility and immediate "Day 1" benefit protections. It is the ideal setup for an analytical specialist looking to drive capital equipment upgrades and own advanced SCADA platforms within a highly secure, booming sector.

What We Are Looking For
- Fluid Power & Drive Mastery: At least 3 years of deep technical understanding managing AC/DC drive systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo controls, advanced pneumatics, and high-pressure hydraulic circuits.
- Rigging & Mechanical Competency: Hands-on capability utilizing power tools, forklifts, and overhead rigging equipment to safely manipulate heavy manufacturing assets during deployment.
- Educational Foundation: An Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Automation, Robotics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Employment Reliability: A rock-solid, stable work history demonstrating long-term career commitment and technical growth with previous employers; frequent job-hopping is a disqualifier.
