  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Tax, Global Mobility, and business leadership to support hiring initiatives, employee transfers, and international assignments.
  • Evaluate immigration strategies and provide recommendations that support workforce planning, employee retention, and long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor case status, sponsorship activity, upcoming deadlines, and key compliance metrics.
  • Stay current on changes to U.S. immigration laws, government policies, and regulatory requirements, advising leadership on potential business impacts and recommended actions.
  • Prepare employee communications, reference materials, and training resources to educate managers and employees on immigration processes and compliance obligations.
  • Support onboarding activities for international employees by ensuring all immigration documentation and employment authorization requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve immigration processes, enhance the employee experience, reduce compliance risk, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
