1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am - 3:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and/or Arc welding techniques
- Weld various metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and other fabrication materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding specifications
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components to meet project requirements
- Operate overhead cranes and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect welded joints to ensure quality, structural integrity, and compliance with specifications
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Follow all workplace safety standards, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous welding experience with proficiency in MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and/or Arc welding
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, or other metal fabrication processes
- Familiarity with overhead cranes and material handling equipment
- Strong understanding of welding safety standards and best practices
- AWS certification or completion of a recognized welding program preferred
- Experience with brazing or advanced metal joining techniques preferred
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments preferred
- Knowledge of welding inspection and quality control procedures preferred
- Experience working with automated or computerized welding equipment preferred
