We are seeking an experienced Men’s Cold Weather Accessories Specialist to join our growing apparel and accessories business.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance, outdoor and active cold-weather products and understands how to develop commercially successful product for major retailers.

• Running and touchscreen gloves
• Hats, beanies and headwear
• Balaclavas, gaiters and face protection
• Base layers and thermal apparel
• Fleece and performance accessories
• Ski/snow and outdoor accessories

What We're Looking For

This role requires someone who understands the product from concept through retail execution, including:

• Strong knowledge of performance fabrics, insulation, fleece, stretch materials and technical constructions
• Understanding of features such as touchscreen compatibility, grip applications, reflective details, moisture management, thermal properties and weather protection
• Ability to identify outdoor and performance trends and translate them into commercial product
• Strong understanding of men's outdoor, active and cold-weather consumers
• Experience working with factories on materials, construction, costing, fit and product development
• Ability to build compelling seasonal assortments and presentations
• Understanding of competitive brands and the outdoor/performance marketplace
• Experience developing product for large national retailers, sporting goods chains, warehouse clubs or mass merchants is highly preferred

Ideal Background

We are looking for someone who has worked within the outdoor, performance, active or sporting goods industryand can bring both technical product knowledge and strong commercial instincts.

Experience with brands or retailers in the outdoor, running, ski/snow, sporting goods or performance apparel space is a major plus.
