Aspire Talent Solutions is partnered on a *speedy* search for an Inside Sales Specialist to support existing customers with aftermarket performance parts, transmissions, and driveline components for hot rods, race cars, and diesel trucks. In this role, you MUST be enthusiastic about automotive performance and racing, using your passion to upsell and support customers seeking expert guidance in enhancing vehicle performance.

Job Duties:

·       Respond to inbound customer calls regarding aftermarket performance parts, transmissions, and drivetrain components

·       Provide technical expertise in high-performance engine tuning, custom builds, and powertrain solutions

·       Support clients in selecting the best products to optimize vehicle performance

·       Assist with inventory and supply chain activities

·       Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events (e.g., SEMA, PRI, etc.)

Requirements:

·       Strong phone sales and customer service-oriented attitude required

·       Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent practical experience

·       5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive aftermarket sales or related fields

·       Understanding of high-performance engine tuning and transmission rebuilding preferred

·       ASE Certified Parts Specialist is a definite plus but not required

·       Ability to work ONSITE full-time in the Charlotte, NC area
