In this role, you'll take the lead in refining our quality control processes, making sure everything we produce is up to scratch and compliant with industry standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and uphold quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance specialists to achieve top performance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Spot areas ripe for improvement and roll out strategic plans to boost quality control processes.
• Work closely with various teams to tackle quality issues and drive solutions.
• Prepare and share reports on quality metrics and improvement efforts with senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role, with 2 years in a leadership position.
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management software and tools.
• Certification in quality assurance, like Six Sigma or ISO, is a plus.
