Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to empower young children and build foundational communication skills? Join our collaborative team in Atlanta, GA! In this role, you’ll work in a warm, play-based daycare and early learning environment dedicated to helping toddlers and preschoolers reach their full developmental and social potential.

How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Evaluate & Assess: Conduct gentle, play-based speech, language, and early communication assessments to identify developmental needs in infants, toddlers, and young children.

  • Targeted Intervention: Design and deliver fun, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to early childhood learning styles, sensory preferences, and developmental milestones.

  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with daycare teachers, early childhood specialists, and parents to integrate communication strategies into daily classroom routines, story times, and play.

  • Progress Tracking: Monitor, document, and celebrate early milestones, adapting strategies to ensure steady growth in speech clarity, receptive/expressive language, and social communication.

  • Family & Teacher Advocacy: Guide parents and childcare staff on early language strategies, modeling techniques for home and classroom carryover.

What You Bring

  • Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

  • Licensure: Valid Georgia State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or active eligibility); CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows / CFYs welcome to apply).

  • Experience: Prior experience working with pediatric populations, early intervention, or early childhood settings is a strong plus.

  • Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills, an adaptable and playful approach, and a true passion for early child development.
