Territory Sales Representative
We are partnering with a growing and innovative manufacturer of CNC machine tool accessories on their search for a Territory Sales Representative (New England). This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the CNC machine tool industry who understands how to successfully sell through distribution channels, while also engaging directly with end users.
The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, strengthening distributor relationships, and providing consultative solutions that improve product longevity and reliability for customers across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue goals within the assigned territory

Identify, target, and develop relationships with distributors and key end users in the CNC and manufacturing market

Serve as a trusted advisor to distribution partners, recommending solutions that address customer challenges related to performance, longevity, and reliability

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clearly communicate product value and technical advantages

Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and support teams to ensure timely and effective customer support

Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments to uncover new opportunities

Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote products and expand market presence
Qualifications

Proven track record of success in B2B sales; experience in CNC, machine tools, industrial equipment, or manufacturing preferred

Experience selling through distribution channels and managing distributor relationships

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, practical way

Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to manage a territory independently

Willingness and ability to travel within the territory as required (New England; minimal travel to Canada as needed); overnights up to 7 nights/month

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
