Information Systems Programmer

The Information Systems Programmer is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise information systems. Partners with IT and business teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions (databases, APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations) with guidance from senior staff.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software components for enterprise.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks in collaboration with analysts and product owners.
• Build and maintain integrations between IS components.
• Implement data models and schemas; apply data governance practices; optimize performance under guidance.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, test plans, and deployment guides.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide ongoing support for information systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and propose practical improvements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of programming experience in relevant languages and platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise information systems (ERP/CRM, data warehouses, BI tools) and data modeling.
• Understanding of security best practices, data governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving, good communication, and teamwork.
