Non-Negotiables

You must possess an active U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance with an investigation completed within the last five years
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required
You have at least eight years of professional software development experience
A minimum of two years in a technical leadership or engineering supervision role is necessary
Strong hands-on programming skills in C, C++, Python, or C# are essential
You have experience developing software for defense, aerospace, embedded, or real-time applications
U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract obligations
