Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-profile Sales Engineer role with a confidential leader in custom automation. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering assembly and test systems to major automotive manufacturers, and now they are expanding their footprint in the axle segment of the NAFTA market. As the primary driver of new business in this space, you will have the autonomy to shape strategy and directly influence the company's growth trajectory. You will be supported by a collaborative technical team and a culture that values initiative, innovation, and results.

On a daily basis, you will engage with prospective customers, visit their facilities, and map out automation solutions that solve real production challenges. You will own the entire sales cycle, from concept development through proposal and close, working closely with engineers to align technical capabilities with client needs. Your work directly fuels the company's ability to capture market share in a competitive, technology-driven sector. Every win you secure strengthens the company's position as a go-to partner for custom automation in the automotive world.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with at least five years of experience selling turnkey custom automation systems. You understand the intricacies of automotive manufacturing, particularly in axle applications, and you thrive on building relationships and closing complex deals. You are self-motivated, comfortable traveling up to half the time, and skilled at communicating technical value to both engineering and executive audiences. If you have a track record of exceeding targets and a genuine passion for automation technology, you will excel here.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000, a company car, generous PTO, and a clear path to Sales Manager. This is more than a job—it's a career-defining move with an employer that rewards performance and bets on its people. We invite you to bring your expertise and ambition to a team where your contributions will be seen, valued, and celebrated. Take the next step and apply today.
