Non-Negotiables

  • You must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to work on sensitive national security programs; green cards and visas are not accepted
  • Deep technical knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) systems and Counter-UAS technology is non-negotiable
  • You must have 5 to 7 years of professional experience in field engineering, technical training, or professional services within a high-tech hardware or software environment
  • You must be willing and able to work from the McLean, Virginia office on a daily basis, as remote work is not available
  • Extensive domestic and occasional international travel is required, estimated at 50 to 75 percent depending on the training schedule
  • You must be physically capable of lifting and moving equipment up to 50 pounds during field deployments

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact in-person and virtual training sessions on cutting-edge counter-UAS hardware and software suites
  • Develop and continuously enhance training curricula that cover current features and upcoming product capabilities
  • Act as the primary technical lead for external service partners, evaluating, training, and managing them to uphold stringent field delivery standards
  • Maintain an exhaustive understanding of RF-based C-UAS technology and serve as the voice of the product for U.S. customers
  • Serve as a Tier 2 support escalation point, diagnosing and resolving complex system issues and participating in a support rotation
  • Oversee on-site surveys, installations, configurations, and system testing to optimize hardware and software for specific RF environments
  • Create and validate technical manuals, Statements of Work, and best-practice guides for end-users and partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • An FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is highly preferred for this role
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field is strongly desired
  • Proven experience managing and scaling third-party service providers or channel partners will set you apart
  • Prior background in customer success or professional services within the defense or aerospace industry is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating documentation and training materials are beneficial
  • Experience working in fast-paced, mission-critical environments with national security implications is advantageous
