As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of retail and service-based partners. Non-Negotiables

  • You have at least three years of inside sales experience in an office environment outside of retail
  • You possess strong phone skills and maintain professional phone etiquette during all interactions
  • You can multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are an outgoing team player who works flexibly and collaboratively
  • You are willing to work in-person at the Endicott location
  • You are able to pass a background screening

Responsibilities

  • You will manage and strengthen relationships with an assigned portfolio of retail partner accounts
  • You will ensure retail partners are fully stocked with preservation kits and marketing materials
  • You will educate store staff on gown preservation services and how to promote them to brides
  • You will answer incoming calls and place outbound calls to build relationships and take orders
  • You will respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner
  • You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through accurate data entry
  • You will collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an inside sales position is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are valued
  • The ability to type 50 words per minute or more is a plus
  • Familiarity with office software applications is beneficial
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support are highly desirable
