Opportunity

Imagine designing the wireless charging systems that power the next generation of vehicles, from sedans to trucks, and seeing your work in millions of cars worldwide. This confidential global automotive electronics manufacturer is searching for a Wireless Charging Design Engineer to take ownership of hardware development from concept to full-scale production. You will not simply follow a specification; you will define the future of in-vehicle connectivity and power transfer, backed by a dedicated team and direct access to the technology partners who are building the future.

Your daily work will revolve around the electrical heart of wireless power transfer: designing coils, power electronics, and control circuits. You will run simulations, analyze performance data, and optimize systems for speed and efficiency. Beyond the lab, you will be the company's expert on next-generation Qi standards, attending industry meetings and aligning our roadmap with emerging technologies. Every prototype you build and every design review you lead will directly influence product innovations that reach global automotive OEMs.

The engineer who will thrive in this role has at least eight years of hands-on electronics design, with deep knowledge of both analog and digital circuits and a passion for power electronics. You are a natural collaborator who can translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams, including software and firmware engineers. You love digging into data with modeling and statistical tools, and you actively seek out the latest industry trends to stay ahead of the curve. You are ready to step into a visible technical leadership position and become the internal authority on wireless charging.

This role offers a competitive annual salary of $110,000 to $120,000, with the potential to go higher for candidates with more than 12 years of experience, plus full relocation to Huntsville, Alabama. The hiring process is fast—only two rounds of interviews—so you can join the team and start making an impact without delay. If you are ready to lead the charge and shape the future of automotive wireless technology, we want to hear from you. Apply today and let's start a conversation about where your expertise can take you next.
