Opportunity

This is your chance to shape the digital future of the UK’s most critical public sector organisations. As a Sales Engineer, you won’t just be talking tech—you’ll be the trusted advisor who turns complex government challenges into secure, scalable solutions. In a role where confidentiality is paramount, you’ll work with a team that values your expertise and gives you the autonomy to make a real impact.

Every day, you will lead technical discovery for high‑stakes accounts, architect solutions that outpace competitors, and build lasting relationships with government, integrator, and service‑provider teams. Your work will directly enable essential services to solve problems faster, protect sensitive infrastructure, and drive innovation at a scale few roles can offer. By bridging product roadmaps and real‑world client needs, you’ll open doors for future growth while ensuring the technology you represent delivers genuine value.

The ideal candidate brings deep network engineering skills, active SC clearance, and a proven record of winning in the UK public sector. You know Cisco, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and security inside out, and you can translate technical challenges into clear commercial value. You thrive on client‑facing work, communicate with confidence, and are comfortable spending three to four days a week on the road meeting clients across the country.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive package built for high‑performers: a £90,000‑£120,000 base, a 20% performance bonus, a car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits scheme. You will work remotely with the flexibility to manage your own schedule while representing a technology leader at the forefront of digital transformation.
