Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to join a collaborative team of electrical engineers, mathematicians, and computer scientists tackling some of the nation’s most critical defense challenges. The work spans the full lifecycle of advanced communications systems—from initial concept and algorithm design through deployment and customer interaction—providing a rare blend of technical depth and real-world impact.

Day to day, you will design and implement software-based solutions for modern communications systems, including algorithm development, hardware control, GUI design, and database development. Your contributions will directly support national security missions, requiring thorough testing and well-documented code to ensure reliability and performance.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in digital signal processing or communications theory, paired with disciplined scientific programming skills in C, C++, or similar languages on Unix/Linux. You thrive in small, cross-functional teams, enjoy direct engagement with end users, and take pride in delivering solutions that are as elegantly structured as they are effective.

If you are a self-starter drawn to the desert Southwest and eager to apply your expertise to high-stakes, meaningful projects, this is your opportunity. Your work will be valued, your growth supported, and your impact felt across vital defense systems. Apply today to start the next chapter of your career.
