Non-Negotiables

An active U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher) with a recent investigation is mandatory
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required
You must have at least eight years of professional software development experience
At least three years of technical leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience is essential
Strong programming skills in C++, C, C#, or Python are non-negotiable
Proven experience developing real-time, embedded, simulation, or defense applications is required
U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract obligations

Responsibilities
