Non-Negotiables
- You must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship
- You need a degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with advanced degrees preferred
- You bring at least fifteen years of professional software engineering experience
- You have expert-level proficiency in Golang and deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
- You possess extensive experience designing and building high-quality APIs and integrating third-party services
- You demonstrate a strong command of modern software engineering practices that ensure testability, readability, and maintainability
- You are skilled in architecting software systems that meet stringent functionality, performance, and scalability requirements

Responsibilities
- You will design, develop, test, deploy, and operate fully integrated software solutions for advanced geolocation systems
- You will build and maintain infrastructure for modern integration between custom applications and third-party services

- You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding their professional growth

- You will operate with autonomy and self-direction to advance complex initiatives with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- You have experience providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- You are highly proficient in C++ and Python for engineering and scientific applications in Linux environments
- You possess knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- You are familiar with JavaScript and modern web technologies such as VueJS or React
- You have experience automating workflows across the enterprise and implementing DevOps practices
- Your background includes DevOps and cloud computing experience with tools like GitLab, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
- You bring familiarity with agile development processes and leadership
