You’ll work side-by-side with experienced trial attorneys on sophisticated commercial litigation matters, with meaningful involvement from day one through verdict.
What You’ll Own
- Managing cases from initial filing through trial
- Taking the lead on trial prep—exhibits, witness materials, binders, and courtroom coordination
- Driving e-discovery efforts, including document review, productions, and vendor management
- Supporting attorneys in real time during trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery
- Coordinating experts, demonstratives, and trial tech
- Keeping everything—and everyone—on track in a deadline-driven environment
What Sets You Apart
- 5+ years of hands-on commercial litigation trial experience (law firm required)
- You’ve been in the courtroom and know what it takes to support a trial team under pressure
- Strong e-discovery experience and comfort working with litigation databases
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused
- Calm, confident, and unshakable in high-stakes situations
- You anticipate needs before they’re spoken and take full ownership of your role
