Are you ready for more responsibility and real courtroom experience? Our client, a nationally recognized litigation practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Product Liability team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated litigator who wants to take ownership of cases and grow in a collaborative environment.
 
The Role
As an Associate, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, including:
 
• Managing discovery and depositions
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Working directly with clients and technical experts
• Assisting partners with strategic litigation planning and trial preparation
 
This position offers hands-on case experience across industries such as automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and medical devices.
 
What We’re Looking For
 
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Texas Bar
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Trial experience preferred, but not required
