Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior-Mid Level Associate Attorney to join their Healthcare Litigation Practice Group in Nashville.
Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in Tennessee required.

2+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation, with a focus on healthcare litigation preferred.
- Demonstrated legal writing experience, including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
- Experience preparing for, taking, or defending depositions is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with managed care and reimbursement disputes, medical malpractice, medical staffing issues, or representing hospitals is a plus.

Superb research, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively navigate complex subject matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex healthcare litigation matters, delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and motions, while managing discovery processes.
- Contribute to deposition preparation and execution as part of trial readiness.
- Advise healthcare clients on managed care and reimbursement disputes, malpractice cases, and other medical staffing issues.
- Collaborate with the national healthcare litigation team to deliver strategic and comprehensive legal solutions.
