Title: (Hybrid) ServiceNow Senior Engineer

The ServiceNow Senior Engineer will:

• Spearhead and oversee critical projects in specialized domains.
• Assess system performance and manage potential risks to ensure optimal operational functionality.
• Optimize resource deployment and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce expenditures.
• Take charge of the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications and system components.
• Troubleshoot coding, testing, and platform-related escalations.
• Ensure all regulatory and risk management protocols are consistently met.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across various levels.
• Partner closely with support and platform engineering teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Software Engineering experience.
• 4+ years of SQL programming (not just scripting)
• Experience leading engineering teams and collaborating with leadership.

• Agile project delivery
• Data analysis and design

• Compensation:  Base salary range: $140,000 – 180,000 + annual discretionary bonus
