Job Overview
The Senior Manager/Director of Model Risk Management will focus establishing and managing the model risk management program, a comprehensive framework for overseeing and evaluating risk models across the organization. Responsible for ensuring models meet operational needs, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment, the role involves hands-on leadership in the review of advanced model validation techniques, data management, financial services regulatory frameworks, and much more.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Model Risk Management

SME in model risk management, model validation

In-depth experience with data analytics and governance in AI/ML-driven environments

Industry experience in any of the following: Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management

Strong proficiency in programming languages

Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and their application in model risk management

Experience in data management, ensuring quality and integrity in large datasets
Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range $140-190k (based on experience)

Annual bonus: 25-30% (based on company and employee performance)
