First 90 days Base Salary: $55,000 annually

First 90 days Commission: $500 per new signed client you help bring in

After 90 days Base Salary: $45,000 annually

After 90 days Commission: $1,000 per new signed client you help bring in (10 clients per month is the goal)
Bonuses: Quarterly KPI-based

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Representative who will actively build and maintain relationships with chiropractors, physical therapists, urgent care centers, community leaders, and other professionals who interact with individuals injured in motor vehicle collisions.

This is a high-energy, people-centered role ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, networking, and opening new doors. Your goal is simple: connect people who need help with a law firm that will put them first.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with medical providers, clinics, and community organizations.
  • Consistently network in the community through visits, events, and outreach efforts.
    • Nights and weekends may be required
  • Educate referral partners on Flanagan Law’s services, processes, and values.
  • Track outreach, activity, and results with clarity and accountability.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and recommend creative strategies for growth.
  • Represent Flanagan Law with professionalism, integrity, and service-oriented communication.
  • Provide weekly reports and participate in strategy meetings with firm leadership.
  • Sign-up for and attend vendor events to promote Flanagan Law
  • Prepare and send out bi-weekly newsletter
  • Light social media work

  • Prior sales, outreach, community engagement, or provider-relations experience is required.
