Outside Salesperson – Construction

Titan Construction Services is a leading concrete company serving the Colorado Front Range. We’re hiring on Outside Salesperson to drive new business, maintain strong client relationships, and help expand our work into the commercial sector. This role offers high autonomy, warm residential leads, and significant earning potential.

What You’ll Do

·         Manage and grow a sales pipeline across the Front Range (Fort Collins to Castle Rock)

·         Build relationships with builders, landscapers, and general contractors

·         Pursue new business through site visits, outreach and client entertainment

·         Follow-up on bids, negotiate pricing, and close deals

·         Lead weekly sales meetings and coordinate with estimators and project managers

What We’re Looking For

·         3-5 years of construction sales experience

·         Strong closing skills and ability to win deals

·         Comfortable in jobsite environments; speaks the language of construction

·         Self-starter who thrives with autonomy

·         Enjoys business development, networking, and client entertainment

·         Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

·         Total Comp: $120,000 - $150,000+ (uncapped)

·         Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

·         401(k): 4% match + discretionary 4%

·         Unlimited PTO

Schedule

·         Hybrid: Tues/Thurs in Denver Tech Center office; other days flexible

·         Evening/weekend client events as needed
