Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff at Langemann Inc. to provide high-level support across the CEO's professional and personal responsibilities. This role demands a highly capable individual who can seamlessly manage daily logistics, support complex business initiatives, serve as a sounding board for tech development, and sales promotion. The Chief of Staff will enable the CEO to remain focused on the company’s highest-impact priorities.

This is a relationship-based role built on trust and growing responsibility over time. You'll start by learning the CEO's priorities, preferences, and working style, with opportunities to take on increasing autonomy as the partnership develops. You will work directly with and report to the CEO.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with business acumen, professionalism with warmth, and meticulous execution with sound judgment.

  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environments
  • High Understanding/Interest in the Tech World
  • Sales Experience - Tech
  • Tech Development/Rollout Experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and logistics in various time zones
  • Comfortable with both personal and professional tasks—no task too big or too small
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Can quickly understand the CEO's preferences, priorities, and communication style
  • Anticipates needs and addresses issues before they become problems
  • Follows through on commitments and maintains consistency
  • Knows when to handle something independently and when to escalate
  • Comfortable with changing priorities and last-minute requests
  • Represents the CEO well in all interactions
  • Takes pride in enabling someone else's success
  • Expert-level calendar management and scheduling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Experience with travel booking platforms and expense management
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
  • Understands not just tasks but the desired outcomes and impact behind every request
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex calendar with strategic prioritization across internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a sounding board to the CEO
  • Prepare meeting materials, attend select meetings, and manage follow-up items 
  • Serve as primary gatekeeper; screen and prioritize emails, calls, and meeting requests 
  • Draft correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO 
  • Support new business initiatives and partnership discussions with research and materials preparation 
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments on business matters 
  • Support Sales development
  • Manage special projects from initiation through completion 
  • Arrange all business and personal travel with detailed itineraries and handle real-time changes
  • Maintain key relationships and coordinate gift-giving and follow-ups
  • Coordinate personal appointments, household logistics, and family-related matters 
  • Manage personal vendors and service providers 
  • Process expenses, maintain organized records, and create systems for improved efficiency
  • Develop a deep understanding of the CEO's business ventures, priorities, and strategic objectives to provide informed support and anticipate needs
  • Monitor key business metrics, project timelines, and partnership developments to keep the CEO informed and prepared
  • Conduct research and analysis on potential opportunities, vendors, and market trends to support business decision-making 
  • Handle ad hoc requests and special projects as they arise
  • Help the CEO clarify project outcomes and success criteria before execution begins
  • Identify what's at risk if priorities are delayed or dropped to support decision-making and prioritization
