Position: Storm Restoration Specialist

Compensation:
● W-2 employee
● Draw against the commission compensation structure
● Typical first-year earnings: $75,000-$100,000+
● Uncapped earning potential
 
Primary Responsibilities:
● Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, relationship development,
networking, and referrals.
● Conduct residential roof and exterior inspections following hail and wind events.
● Educate homeowners regarding storm damage and the insurance restoration process.
● Perform periodic job site visits to maintain customer communication, verify project
progress, and support successful project completion.
● Manage customer relationships from initial inspection through project completion.
● Maintain activity and production standards established by the company.
● Coordinate effectively with project management and office staff to ensure a positive
customer experience.
● Maintain complete, accurate, and timely records in the company’s CRM, including lead
activity, inspections, customer communications, project updates, and sales pipeline
information.
 
Performance Expectations:
● Minimum 150 doors per week.
● Consistent networking and referral generation activity.
● Target production of approximately $85,000 per month in signed contracts.
● Maintain accurate records and follow up throughout the sales process.
● Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required to meet customer needs.

● Prior construction sales experience.
● Candidates with backgrounds in athletics, military service, coaching, construction, project management, or customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
 
Requirements:
● Valid driver’s license.
● Reliable transportation.
● Ability and willingness to climb ladders and access residential roofs.
● Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
● Ability to walk neighborhoods and prospect consistently.
 
Success Factors:
● Consistency, discipline, resilience, coachability, and the ability to build trust are more
important than roofing experience.
● Strong organizational skills and consistent CRM usage are required for success.
