Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Senior Account Executive to play a pivotal role in expanding Elevate’s reach and influence across the IT Managed Services landscape. This role combines targeted marketing, sales, account management, and strategic leadership, making it ideal for a professional who can both sell and sustain long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate understands that technology is more than infrastructure—it’s a function that serves people, supports missions, and drives sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for Elevate’s overall growth strategy.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and account-based marketing campaigns to reach ideal clients.
- Own full account lifecycle from prospecting through renewal, expansion, and retention. Maintaining long-term relationships with clients through trust and results-driven partnership
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal departments.
- Partner closely with IT Directors, Engineers, and internal teams to align Elevate’s solutions with client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, strategy alignment, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies, roadmaps, and compliance-driven client programs.
- Represent Elevate’s mission, capabilities, and value with clarity, credibility, and integrity in all client engagements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, account management, and client relationship leadership, in IT services. Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in service / relationship-based sales with proven experience with C-suite clients.
- Strong understanding of IT as a strategic business function, including compliance, application strategy, and infrastructure.
- Experience in creating and executing targeted or account-based marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to oversee multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
