Engel & Völkers Denver Cherry Creek is hiring an Office Manager to support a highend, relationshipdriven real estate office. This role blends hospitality, operations, and administrative leadership. You will create a welcoming client experience, support advisors, and keep daily office operations running smoothly.

 

Responsibilities

         Greet clients and guests with a polished, hospitalitydriven presence

         Maintain an organized, professional office environment

         Support advisors with scheduling, preparation, and transaction coordination

         Manage leadership calendar, priorities, and followthrough

         Build and update workflows, checklists, and office procedures

         Organize CRM data, automation, and basic AIenabled tools

         Anticipate needs, solve problems, and reduce operational friction

         Ensure a seamless, whiteglove client experience

 

Qualifications

         Hospitality or customer service experience (luxury preferred)

         Office management or administrative support experience

         Strong communication and organizational skills

         Comfortable with CRM systems, technology, and automation tools

         Calm, steady presence in a fastpaced environment

         High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail

         Ability to manage up and hold others accountable
