You will create a welcoming client experience, support advisors, and keep daily office operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Greet clients and guests with a polished, hospitality‑driven presence
• Maintain an organized, professional office environment
• Support advisors with scheduling, preparation, and transaction coordination
• Manage leadership calendar, priorities, and follow‑through
• Build and update workflows, checklists, and office procedures
• Organize CRM data, automation, and basic AI‑enabled tools
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and reduce operational friction
• Ensure a seamless, white‑glove client experience
Qualifications
• Hospitality or customer service experience (luxury preferred)
• Office management or administrative support experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with CRM systems, technology, and automation tools
• Calm, steady presence in a fast‑paced environment
